Finding Calm in the Storm: Managing Anger and Frustration

Anger may be the most disruptive of any emotion. When it shows up, an angry outburst can ruin a morning or a relationship. While anger is completely normal, if it is unregulated, it can be acted out in ways that create regret in ourselves and challenges for others. In this session, participants will learn how to increase emotional awareness and implement research-based strategies that can be used in work and life to manage anger.
