Theme for November: Project Management
Coalitions will be invited to learn about and share techniques for managing multiple programs, initiatives, and strategic objectives. Participants will be given a chance to network with experienced coalitions and professionals with an emphasis on activity tracking for reporting, using online tools, and volunteer management methods. Specific agenda points will be provided here closer to the event.
To register, please email email@example.com with your name, your coalition name, and whether you will be having pizza and salad for lunch. Lunch is $5 at the door per person. For those wishing to make alternate lunch plans, lunch will take place from approximately 12-12:30 pm. A typical SPCA meeting provides 3.5-4.0 hours of Continuing Education for prevention professionals.
