YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED PART ONE IN FALL OF 2017 TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TRAINING

Community readiness is central to the work of conducting a needs assessment and to beginning to address important issues that impact the health and well being of a community.

This training builds on the regional trainings conducted during the Fall of 2017 and focuses on providing in-depth training on how to score and report community readiness interview data collected using the TE-CRM.

Lunch will be included with your registration and 5.0 Prevention CEUs have been applied toward this training.

This training will run from 9:30a-3:30p, with registration opening at 9:00am
