Guiding Growths
- In the era of COVID-19 all schoolwork is “homework.” Take this opportunity to promote learning in a different way. Give your child(ren) non-school assignmentslike riding their bike for an hour, 30 minutes of video games, or working together on a family project to ensure they’re not feeling overwhelmed by academic expectations.
- Set strong guidelines for the completion of homework. Outline times of the day dedicated specifically to school-based assignments, but give your child(ren) equal amounts of time for non-school activities to help them achieve balance in their day.
