April 20, 2021 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Presentation Title: Faith, Hope, and Resiliency
Description: Life is filled with challenges. These challenges show up in our lives in many different ways – often when we least expect them. They can be work related, financial in nature, or involved with our relationships. Then, as if we didn’t have enough to deal with, we were hit with a pandemic. In the face of all of this, it is so easy to lose hope. This workshop is about hanging on to hope, having a little faith, and being resilient.
- Participants will be able to recognize the power of hope.
- Participants will be able to understand the components of resiliency.
- Participants will be able to name at least three ways to become more hopeful and resilient.
