Each session provides practical tools, strategies, and confidence to help coalitions at every stage strengthen their leadership, operations, and community impact.

Led by Molly O’Neill, CEO of Ohio Citizen Advocates for Addiction Recovery (OCAAR) and a nationally respected nonprofit leader with 30+ years of experience in governance, leadership, and coalition building, this series equips both coalition leaders and their Boards of Directors with insights to launch strong, grow strategically, and continue leading with excellence. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is packed with actionable guidance you can put into practice right away.

You’ll be automatically registered for all three sessions. We encourage you to join each one for the full experience, but don’t worry—you’re welcome to attend only the sessions that fit your schedule.
