For: Anyone who works with young people in a professional capacity.
This training provides a collection of eleven trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral strategies for human service professionals who work with young people. These strategies promote the development of self-regulation, reduce conflict, and improve relationships. Professionals who attend this training will receive the skills and materials they need to effectively integrate PAX Tools into their professional work with children and adolescents. These are 8-hour live virtual trainings offered in either two half-days or one full day of training.
The total number of participants will be limited to 40
CEU Offerings for this Training
PAA will be offering 8 hours of continuing education in prevention from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board in the following Prevention Domain
- Prevention Domain 2: Prevention Education & Service Delivery- 8 Hours
- PAA will also offer 8 CEUs from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist (CSWMFT) Board.
