Parking

The Greater Columbus Convention Center offers convenient onsite parking across five designated areas. For your ease, we recommend utilizing the Goodale Parking Lot located at 80 East Goodale Street, Columbus, Ohio.

Luncheon Access

The luncheon will take place in the Short North Ballroom on the second floor of the convention center. You'll find a direct walkway connecting the third floor of Goodale Parking Garage to the second floor of the convention center. Upon reaching the convention center from the walkway, turn right and proceed down the hallway to the very end, then make a left turn. The Short North Ballroom will be directly in front of you.

Check-in Process

Please note that you do not need a physical or digital ticket for entry. Once you arrive at the Short North Ballroom, please provide our staff with your name. They will check you in and provide you with your table number.

Meet and Greet Venue Access

The VIP Meet and Greet with former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy will take place in room D280 on the second floor of the convention center. You'll find a direct walkway connecting the third floor of the Goodale Parking Garage to the second floor of the convention center. Upon reaching the convention center from the walkway, turn right and proceed down the hallway. Room D280 is the last on the right, next to the atrium opening.

Please note that you do not need a physical or digital ticket for entry. Once you arrive at the Room D280, please provide our staff with your name. They will check you in and provide you with your table number.

Meet and Greet with former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy

The VIP Meet and Greet with former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy starts at 11:00 AM and ends at 11:45 AM. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided. Everyone will have an opportunity to meet Mr. Kennedy and capture the moment with a photo.
